Some E&O insurance may not cover all of the business you do. This allows for “gaps” in coverage and exposes the Representative, the Supervisor, and Dominion to potential liability that can be avoided.
Dominion Investor Services, Inc. (Dominion) will offer group E&O at a competitive cost and provide more coverage, which will include all securities business placed through Dominion, as well as include fixed annuity insurance products done away from Dominion.
This mandatory E&O coverage is currently at a cost of $1,200.00 annually.
